How Do I Get Started?
Choose your program for the service page and your coach will contact you. Please allow up to 24 hours for your coach to contact you as there may be a difference in time zones. Your coach will then contact you through email by providing a link to the app to login and start your program. You will also receive an email with a password and username that you can use to access the coaching platform.
